CLIFF KOHLER - Principal
Having started early in his career as a real estate investor, Cliff has done it all from rental properties to developing one of Gresham’s premier buildings at the corner of NE 3rd and Main Avenue, the “Kohler Building”. As an investor in commercial buildings, land, and residential projects, he has the know-how in project evaluation and feasibility to KMO. Available on a consulting basis to our Brokers, he brings invaluable expertise to our client representation. As a Gresham High graduate, Cliff knows the area and the people, having been involved in many of the important development issues and projects over the years. As a founder of the Gresham Downtown Development Association, he has been in the forefront of the revitalization of Gresham’s Historic Downtown, and recognized by the Oregon Downtown Association for his outstanding leadership.
MARY ANN MEYERS - Principal
Having been licensed since 1981, her focus has been residential real estate management. As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Mary Ann keeps abreast of the constantly changing world of statutes, rules, and regulations governing residential rentals and landlord/tenants. Her years of experience give her the skills to deal with the myriad of issues in evaluating property, assessing conditions and repairs/renovations required to meet current laws, evaluating tenant applications, and enforcement of agreements. Fair Housing and habitability requirements are second nature to her. Mary Ann has been a long-time supporter and leader with Gresham’s Historical Society and served on, and as chair, of Gresham’s Historic Preservation Committee for several years. With grandchildren now active on award-winning teams in volleyball, football and baseball, and a daughter having run the Boston Marathon, (among others), she is a fully involved sports fan.
SUE O'HALLORAN - Principal and Principal Broker
With 25+ years in real estate, many of those in leadership positions on local and state levels, Sue guides the KMO Brokers with an insight to real estate issues, “best practices”, and a thorough knowledge of East County real estate. Beginning her real estate career in investment rental management and residential real estate, she acquired both Graduate of Real Estate Institute and Certified Residential Specialist designations. Over the years working with investment clients, Sue moved over into commercial real estate and development areas, gaining education and expertise in these fields as well. A particular field of expertise for Sue is working with governmental entities in real estate acquisition and market evaluation.
In recognition of Sue’s contributions and activities to the community and the real estate industry, she has received many awards over the years, including: Gresham Citizen of the Year; Oregon Assn of Realtors Distinguished Service Award; twice Oregon Council of Residential Specialist of the Year Award; Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce Award of Appreciation and several Golden Note Awards; City of Gresham Outstanding Volunteer Award to name a few.
Active in the area Chambers of Commerce, Gresham Finance/Budget committee, East Metro Assn. of Realtors, Center for the Arts Foundation, Gresham/Mt.Hood Jazz Association, are current volunteer roles. Over the years, service on many boards of area foundations and organizations, and on a variety of real estate committees and task forces, has established her reputation as a “go to” and “get done” individual.
KERRY ANN O'HALLORAN, BROKER
Multi-faceted best describes the real estate services Kerry Ann offers to clients. With over 18 years in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to KMO. Working with investors in both residential and commercial real estate, from sales and leasing to management, she offers a personal-level of service.
Association management for HOA’s, including condominium and townhome projects, is offered at KMO under Kerry Ann’s leadership. Understanding of CC&R’s, preparation of Reserve Studies, and assisting HOA board members in adhering to proper board process, are among the elements key to a well-run organization, and what she brings to her association clients.
A graduate of Sam Barlow High School and Western Oregon State College, Kerry Ann is a long-time area resident and busy in a number of organizations. Currently, she serves as Secretary of the Historic Downtown Gresham Business Association and the Gresham Historical Society, and is a key person in the Gresham Main Street program. Always active, she hikes, plays soccer, follows sports of all kinds, and adds in music and the arts in her spare time.

MARTIN STONE, CCIM, BROKER
As a Certified Commercial Institute Member (CCIM), Martin’s focus is on office, retail and industrial leasing and sales. Although his primary territory is the East Multnomah County communities plus Sandy and Damascus in Clackamas County, Martin works for KMO commercial clients throughout the Portland metropolitan area and out to the Coast in their search for the right opportunity. With his many contacts and resources through the Commercial Assn of Realtors and the CCIM Chapters, Martin has his finger-tip on what’s happening in the marketplace, from financing, to sales and leasing activity. For KMO clients desiring demographics and data on area market share, income, education, or an in-depth analysis of an investment, he has the tools and knowledge to give accurate and informative reports.
As a member of a well-respected Gresham merchant family, Martin attended Gresham High and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lewis & Clark College. Martin gives of his time to the community at the Gresham Historical Society, for many years as a member of the Downtown Design Review Advisory committee, and leadership in the Gresham Downtown Development Association, and Gresham Boosters. Summer vegetable gardening and art are side interests, both of which he does exceptionally well. We are the beneficiaries of his many design skills in preliminary space design for our lease spaces, as well as our marketing materials.

NANCY CHASE
New in 2009 to the KMO team, but long involved in the real estate world of planning, land banking, natural resource evaluation, and open space acquisition, we are excited to have her expertise added to the KMO staff. Nancy brings a wealth of experience from her years with Metro Regional Parks and Greenspaces, and the City of Portland, in the acquisition of open space and wildlife corridors for public benefit. With a background in land-use planning and master plan process she deepens and broadens the resources KMO has in meeting the most demanding of projects. A graduate of Washington State University with a BS in Landscape Architecture/Horticulture, and as a board member of Lower Nehalem Community Trust and Northern Rockies Land Trust, Nancy is committed to maintaining our natural environment. A world traveler, she brings an expanded view and experience level to KMO.

DARREN O'HALLORAN, BROKER

KAY FINNEY, COMPTROLLER
The face and voice greeting KMO clients and visitors, Kay assures the office runs smoothly and assists company Brokers in meeting client goals. Involved in the real estate industry for many years as the Executive Director for the Gresham Area Board of Realtors, Kay brings an understanding of all aspects of KMO real estate work.
With her husband Bill, Kay owns Finney Forest Products, a Corbett company. Kay served as assistant for several years to a former State Representative. Active in State and Multnomah County development and land issues, Kay brings to KMO a perspective and understanding of the latest “hot topics”.
